Happy 2024, folks! Hopefully, you made it to midnight and rang in the new year with a toast. Meanwhile, I was asleep by 10 pm.

Looking forward, I’m excited to see where Catskill Crew goes this year, and with your help, feedback, and support, I’m confident we can keep growing this into something much more than just a newsletter. Rather a platform that celebrates the Catskills, the people that call this place home, and all the amazing things that happen here.

I really appreciate the positive messages I keep receiving from you all as we surpass the 700 subscriber mark and continue to grow.

New Hours… Urban Cowboy has expanded their hours! The bar is open 7 days a week and the restaurant is close behind! Stop by from Monday to Thursday 3pm to 9pm & Friday to Sunday 3pm to 11pm.

Breakfast is Served… Shandaken Inn has announced they will be serving breakfast to the public! They have launched an a la carte breakfast option to outside guests from Friday to Sunday between 7am to 11am. In addition to lunch on Saturday’s from 12pm to 3pm with their Maker Market Series.

Adopt a Dog 🐕️ 

Rosco is a 5 year old male Rottie mix, weighing 72lbs. He is a fun-loving boy with a great smile. He loves to play and engage, especially outside with his favorite staff & volunteers. Rosco is looking for an active family to call his own to go on hikes, walks, and car rides. He might be shy with first impressions, but he’s a total sweetheart who opens up after the first date! Rosco would do fine with dog-friendly cats, possibly older kids, and possibly a calm, easy going dog - More Rosco pics and info
